Job summary
AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design agentic workflows and AI-powered applications for enterprise software products. You will build orchestration patterns and integrate agents into development, testing, and production pipelines.
The role emphasizes scalable, secure, and observable systems with a product mindset and strong collaboration across teams. Remote-friendly, with in-person options in Rosario, Argentina.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in software product development.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with AI agents, tool-using LLM applications, or orchestrated workflows.
- Proficiency with relational databases and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with AWS and distributed architectures.
- Strong testing, observability, security, and failure recovery skills.
- Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic workflows that coordinate tools, services, data, and human approvals.
- Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and multi-agent collaboration.
- Use agentic coding tools throughout planning, implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, support, and operations.
- Establish standards for evaluation, observability, security, and governance.
- Prototype new agentic capabilities and turn experiments into production systems.
- Mentor engineers and shape an agentic-first technical strategy.
