Overseas seeks a Senior AI and Agentic Engineer to design and deploy full-stack AI apps, agentic systems, and production-grade AI infra. You’ll own React front end, the Python/Node service, RAG pipelines, and evaluation work.

Deep specialization in Google/Anthropic/OpenAI ecosystems is required, with strong English and a track record shipping end-to-end AI features in production. This is a 100% remote role with global collaboration.

Formación

• 3–5 years of software or data engineering with hands-on AI tooling in the last year.

Responsabilidades

• Develop user-facing interfaces in TypeScript and React, with backend services in Python or Node.
• Implement agentic behavior including orchestration, tool calls, memory, and guardrails.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and vector/hybrid search.
• Connect AI systems to enterprise data via APIs and semantic layers.
• Write evaluation suites and regression tests for LLM-powered features, monitoring cost and latency.
• Apply solid engineering practices: version control, reviews, tests, CI/CD, observability.
• Deploy on GCP, Azure, or AWS and maintain data pipelines feeding AI systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal accelerators and standards.
• Communicate progress and blockers clearly to clients and project leads.
