Job summary

Databridge AG is hiring for a senior AI/Data Engineering role. The candidate will build production AI agents, manage integration with data platforms, and lead technical initiatives across the US and client teams. You will work with LangChain/LangGraph, Palantir Foundry, and AWS to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

The role emphasizes design, governance, and performance evaluation of agent outputs, with a focus on maintainability and cross-team collaboration in a remote setting from Argentina.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and deploying AI/ML applications, 10+ for the Sr. title
• Experience with production LLM integrations and agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
• Experience connecting agents/models to real business systems (CRM/ERP/internal APIs)
• End-to-end data engineering experience: pipelines, data quality, API design
• Fluent English, spoken and written; US West Coast overlap required

Responsibilities

• Build and run production AI agents across data platforms and tools
• Design the API layer between data sources and agents
• Lead technical decisions, requirements engineering with the business, and set meeting cadence
• Integrate CRM, market data and internal documents via Palantir Foundry and AWS
• Use Python, Git and Docker daily; ensure maintainable, scalable components
