AgileEngine, LLC. Rosario, Argentina is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and build agentic workflows and AI-powered products for enterprise customers in higher education.

The role focuses on orchestrating tools, services, data, and human approvals to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. You will lead development across planning, testing, debugging, and production deployment, with emphasis on security, observability, and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in software product development.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot proficiency.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Hands-on AI agents, tool-using LLM apps, or orchestrated workflows.
• Experience using agents to support coding, reviews, testing, or incident response.
• Senior-level production software experience.
• Experience with TypeScript, Python, RESTful APIs, and AWS infrastructure.
• APIs, workflow engines, event-driven architectures, integrations, or distributed systems.
• Strong testing, observability, security, permissions, and failure recovery knowledge.
• Ability to transform ambiguous opportunities into reliable technical solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership to influence engineering practices.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS or multi-tenant systems.
• Leadership mindset to drive changes across teams.

• Design agentic workflows that coordinate tools, services, data, and human approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and multi-agent collaboration.
• Use AI coding agents throughout the lifecycle: planning, implementation, testing, and review.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, support, and operations workflows.
• Establish standards for evaluation, observability, reliability, security, and governance.
• Prototype new agentic capabilities and scale successful experiments to production.
• Build complete, usable products, not just demonstrations.
• Improve engineering productivity and product delivery through agentic development.
• Mentor engineers and shape an agentic-first strategy.
