Qualifications

• Current or former General Partners, Managing Partners, Investment Partners or Operating Partners at venture-capital, private-equity or growth-investment firms.
• Heads of Corporate Development, M&A, Corporate Strategy, Strategic Partnerships or Corporate Venture.
• Family-office investment leaders with substantive company-evaluation and portfolio-development experience.
• CEOs, founders and senior executives who have built, acquired, integrated or expanded businesses.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a company’s commercial potential and advise on acquisitions or partnerships.
• Support international expansion and fundraising discussions with founders.
• Assemble the relationships needed to execute growth strategies across Graphora’s ecosystem.
• Contribute to investment-committee style analyses and portfolio-company development.
