The candidate leads fundraising strategy and advisory meetings, strengthens pitches, and delivers senior-level guidance to founders, CEOs, investors, and boards across industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, or startup fundraising.
• Direct experience advising startups on capital raises, Seed through Series C.
• Strong understanding of venture capital fundraising processes and investor expectations.
• Executive presence with the ability to lead founder, CEO, investor, and board meetings.
• Excellent English communication skills for U.S.-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior client-facing advisor to startup founders and CEOs throughout fundraising.
• Independently lead fundraising strategy, advisory, and preparation meetings.
• Advise on valuation, capital structure, dilution, timing, and investor targeting.
• Refine pitch decks, investor presentations, and financial narratives.
• Review financial models, cap tables, and transaction materials with senior guidance.
• Manage a high volume of startup engagements across industries remotely.
• Coordinate with internal analysts and deal teams while owning the senior relationship.
