Job summary

inDrive is seeking a Senior AdOps Specialist for LATAM to architect and scale our advertising ecosystem across ride-hailing and mobility services. You will bridge RTD marketplace mechanics with our Mobility Media Network, delivering measurable incremental value.

Lead end-to-end campaigns, optimize inventory with GAM360, and build insights dashboards to inform growth and profitability. Strong technical and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital advertising or AdOps roles.
• Experience managing multi-market campaigns across LATAM is a plus.
• Strong analytics skills and ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end orchestration of multi-market LATAM campaigns across core verticals.
• Manage high-volume inventory with GAM360 for precise delivery.
• Develop dashboards in Looker Studio/Redash for growth insights.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on ad-product launches.
