IDT Corporation is seeking a hands-on Mobile Paid Media/Growth Manager to scale paid campaigns for Boss Money and Boss Revolution. You will execute across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X and more, driving user acquisition and ROAS.

This remote LatAm role emphasizes data-driven testing, creative optimization, and collaboration with design teams. English fluency required; experience with AI tools and fintech apps is a plus. Join a fast-moving team to expand our mobile user base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid campaigns in UA or growth roles.
• B2C and app acquisition experience required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of paid campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X and others.
• Help develop and execute channel strategies to meet user acquisition targets (CPI, CPA, ROAS).
• Analyze the full performance funnel from impression to activation and downstream conversions.
• Support creative testing from concept to completion and implement a structured testing framework.
• Monitor creative performance and assess impact of UA optimizations.
• Identify areas of improvement by analyzing performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure ad assets align with app messaging and audience.
• Stay ahead with new channels, optimization strategies, and creative concepts; explore AI tools for tasks.
