Pearster in LATAM is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a project for one of our international clients. The role covers general ledger, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting with strong attention to GAAP/IFRS and internal controls.

You will collaborate with global finance teams, support audits, and contribute to process improvement and automation, while working fully remote from LATAM on a full-time basis.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with GL and closing expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with month-end/year-end closing and reconciliations.
• English proficiency and ability to work with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review journal entries and close processes.
• Manage general ledger and balance sheet accounts.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Support internal/external audits with documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Produce financial statements and insights for management.
