The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote contractor role. You will oversee CRM and revenue-system operations, audit data quality, and document governance across platforms.

You’ll collaborate with global teams to resolve data inconsistencies, define business rules, and create clear prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios. Strong English communication and experience with CRM platforms are required.

Formación

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems (SaaS) - Remote

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
