YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems across SaaS platforms. This remote contractor role focuses on optimizing CRM operations, resolving data inconsistencies, and documenting complex business workflows.

You will audit revenue-related systems, guide policy decisions, and collaborate with teams on billing, CPQ, and integrations. Strong SQL and API knowledge, plus excellent English communication, are essential for success.

Formación

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
