Job summary

Kitbash3D Llc is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems across CRM platforms. This remote, contractor role emphasizes auditing, data reconciliation, and governance of SaaS workflows to enhance operational excellence. Strong English communication and SaaS experience are required.

You will review policies, resolve data inconsistencies, and document changes while coordinating with Billing/CPQ and integration partners to optimize system design.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS)to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
