Job summary

Telos Media is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration programs for a global automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and implement controls to ensure reliable transitions to the target ERP system.

In this role, you will report to senior stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure data quality across extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading tasks while operating in UTC working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration programs in large-scale enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of data migration steps: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies. Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations is a plus.
• English communication is required for interviews and daily work.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
