Telos Media is seeking a Data Migration Lead for a 100% remote, full-time role supporting a global automotive client. You will lead planning and execution of data migration, coordinate cross-functional teams, define approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a reliable transition to the target system.

The role requires strong data migration methodology expertise, experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred), and fluency in English for interviews and daily work.

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
