Job summary

Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead to oversee end-to-end migration activities within a global consulting context. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

Proven experience in data migration leadership, strong knowledge of migration methodology, and English proficiency are required. This full-time remote role operates in UTC time, with availability 9:00–17:00 UTC.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Migration Lead/Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience in S/4HANA or ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
