Maxit Consulting - Max Corporate Group is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to oversee end-to-end data migration activities within a large-scale enterprise program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

Remote role with UTC working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), collaborating with stakeholders globally. English proficiency required for interviews and daily work.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience in ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; daily work conducted in English.
