Job summary

Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage end-to-end data migration programs for a global automotive client, operating 100% remotely in UTC hours. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining migration approaches, and maintaining strong risk controls; interviews will be conducted in English.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership in large-scale migrations, experience with data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading, and familiarity with ERP

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
