Job summary

Reliefweb is seeking a Data Migration Lead to oversee a global data migration program within a consulting framework. You will plan and execute end-to-end migrations, coordinating cross-functional teams and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience in data migration methodologies, ERP migrations (preferably S/4HANA), and strong English communication. Remote work from Argentina is supported with UTC working hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
