Job summary

Bybit, a global company, is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a team supporting a major automotive manufacturer within a global consulting firm. You will plan and execute data migration activities, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and defining migration approach, controls, and risk management.

Your English is required for interviews and daily work in UTC time, and you will ensure data accuracy and readiness for the target system while reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English.
