Salesforce is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales, Data Foundation for Chile, Peru, and Argentina. You will lead a high‑performing Account Executive team, shape the go‑to‑market strategy, and drive revenue growth across MuleSoft and Informatica solutions.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus. Deep knowledge of the data integration landscape and the ability to build C‑suite relationships will be essential to success in this regional leadership role.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading a sales team in enterprise software or information technology.
• Proven track record of prospecting, opening new accounts, and growing existing ones through a consultative sales approach.
• Experience building and maintaining C-suite relationships and developing strategic account plans.
• Strong understanding of the integration software landscape, including competitive dynamics and target market segments.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus given regional proximity to Brazil.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives across Chile, Peru, and Argentina through recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship to drive pipeline growth and opportunity identification.
• Own the regional go-to-market strategy, including revenue forecasting, sales activity reporting, and identifying skills or competency gaps on the team.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders at the executive level to build compelling points of view and close strategic deals across the Southern Cone and Andean markets.
• Represent Data Foundation at local and corporate events to strengthen brand presence and partner relationships across the MuleSoft and Informatica ecosystem.
