Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in client solutions, account management, sales, business development, or media buying.
• Hands-on experience with paid-social platforms (TikTok preferred; also Meta/Snap/X/Reddit).
• Understanding of traffic acquisition and campaign optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication in Russian and English, both internally and externally.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a drive to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with Russian-speaking clients, understanding their marketing objectives and ensuring campaign success.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: develop paid-social strategies across platforms, leveraging your understanding of traffic acquisition and campaign optimization.
• Performance Analysis: monitor campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
• Collaboration: work closely with internal teams—sales, creative, and technical—to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Innovation & Market Knowledge: stay up-to-date with trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas that improve campaign performance.
