OfficeTwo in Buenos Aires is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage roofing projects day-to-day, ensuring smooth progress and accurate CRM records.

You will respond to leads, coordinate schedules and crews, and keep customers, vendors, and the internal team informed throughout each project.

This full-time hybrid role values English communication, organization, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach; JobNimbus experience is a plus.

Formación

• Entry-level or early-career professional in project coordination, construction, operations, or customer service.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with CRM (JobNimbus) is a plus.
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain project information in the CRM, including JobNimbus.
• Follow up quickly with new leads and customers.
• Coordinate job schedules, crews, and project timelines.
• Communicate between customers, crews, vendors, and internal team.
• Provide timely project updates and flag potential issues.
• Assist with weekly payroll and crew payment records.
• Monitor projects for safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate job costing and CRM data.
• Ensure each job has an estimate and visibility into costs and profitability.
• Coordinate vendor and supplier information.
• Identify and resolve problems to avoid delays.
• Own the project coordination from start to finish.
