About The Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination of roofing projects and make sure each job continues moving forward.
Customer service is a key part of this role. You will respond quickly to leads and customer needs, coordinate schedules and crews, maintain project information in the CRM, and keep customers, vendors, crews, and the internal team informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project information in the CRM, including JobNimbus.
- Follow up quickly with new leads and customers.
- Coordinate job schedules, crews, and project timelines.
- Manage communication between customers, crews, vendors, and the internal team.
- Proactively communicate project updates, changes, or potential issues.
- Help coordinate weekly payroll and maintain accurate crew payment information.
- Monitor projects for potential safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate job costing and project information in the CRM.
- Make sure each job has an estimate and clear visibility into expected costs and profitability.
- Coordinate vendor and supplier information.
- Identify and resolve problems quickly to avoid unnecessary delays.
- Take ownership of project coordination from beginning to end.
What We're Looking For
- Entry-level professional with experience or interest in project coordination, construction, operations, or customer service.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable taking ownership and making sure tasks are completed.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- Comfortable communicating with customers, crews, vendors, and internal team members.
- Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with JobNimbus or another CRM is a plus.
- Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation
Salary: USD $2,000 per month. Contractor Agreement.
