Accenture is seeking a Proposal Manager in Argentina to lead high-quality RFx responses and manage complex proposals across deal teams. You will coordinate graphic designers, writers, and stakeholders, ensure compliance, and drive timely delivery of orals, site visits, and BAFOs.

The role requires 5+ years in pre‑sales/sales support, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams in a fast‑paced IT environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in similar work.
• English language fluency (oral and written).
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre‑sales/sales support capability.
• Understanding of the RFx lifecycle in the IT industry.
• Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide cross‑tower opportunity support for medium to large deals.
• Develop storyboards and win themes.
• Provide coaching/support for orals.
• Support due‑diligence efforts and contract development.
• Oversee development of deliverables for pre‑RFx, orals, site visits, client sessions workshops, BAFO (Best and Final Offer), etc.
• Participate in meetings with deal sales leadership team to discuss opportunity background, RFx response strategy, team assignments, support resources needed, reviews, schedule, and support logistics.
• Create RFx response outline compliant with client requirements.
• Create RFx response schedule including milestone reviews, production, and delivery.
• Lead day‑to‑day proposal management activities including managing Graphic Designers, Technical Writers, deal team Authors, etc.
• Plan, resource, and conduct RFx response reviews, and prepare review drafts.
