Job summary

Hauler Hero is seeking a LATAM-based contractor to own HubSpot configuration and revenue operations for marketing, aligning Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. You will design clean systems, set standards, and build reporting that ties leads and deals to revenue.

You will manage HubSpot day-to-day, connect it to WordPress and ads, and develop dashboards to show new ARR, pipeline, and won deals by channel. This role is remote from LATAM with U.S.-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations or CRM administration.
• Deep hands-on HubSpot config across Marketing and Sales Hubs.
• Strong understanding of B2B funnels, attribution and lead management.

Responsibilities

• Configure HubSpot properties, deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows and permissions.
• Connect HubSpot to WordPress, forms, tracking code, chat, ad platforms and event lead lists.
• Define and maintain HubSpot standards across departments: sources, stages, required fields and naming conventions.
