Job summary

Hauler Hero is seeking a LATAM-based contractor to organize and document our marketing operations. You will capture requests from leadership, assign owners and due dates, and ensure follow-up with clear ownership and timelines.

You’ll run the Notion project board, maintain the weekly rhythm, and build a scalable marketing knowledge base used by sales, CS and leadership. This is not administrative—it’s building systems that keep a fast-moving team on track.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, operations, marketing operations or a coordinator role.
• Excellent written English and strong spoken English, comfortable working with U.S.-based teammates and leadership.
• Strong organization and a habit of documenting everything clearly.
• Confidence following up with busy people and keeping work moving.
• Good judgment around prioritization and when to escalate.
• Experience building wikis, knowledge bases or shared libraries.
• Comfort using Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot and AI tools for summaries and documentation.
• Reliable high-speed internet and availability during core U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Log every request and assign an owner and due date with the Marketing Director, and send a weekly status back to the people who asked.
• Run the marketing project board in Notion, prepare the weekly team sync, track deadlines and blockers, and keep every initiative's status current.
• Document marketing work, from processes and campaign results to brand guidelines and templates, and organize it in one shared library.
• Coordinate hand-offs between marketing roles and with other teams, and help the Sales/CS teams find approved content quickly.
• Help prepare the monthly marketing scorecard for leadership, pulling inputs from each owner on time.
