Truelogic is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focusing on CRM and revenue systems optimization. You will audit, reconcile data, and resolve inconsistencies across platforms, helping AI systems understand complex business workflows.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience, leadership in CRM implementations, and strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, and automation.

Formación

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics 365, or similar CRM.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue/operational systems such as billing or CPQ.
• Proficiency in SQL and APIs; data reconciliation across systems.

Responsabilidades

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and governance decisions.
• Assess CRM changes' impact on billing, CPQ, and ticketing.
