Soma seeks a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model our brand standards in a welcoming, customer-centered environment. You will guide daily operations and ensure a hospitality-focused experience that reflects our culture.

Based in Little Rock, AR, you will coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and contribute to a positive, high-performing store team.

Formación

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and use an omni-channel approach.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Know current promotions and store policies.
• Support development and scheduling of associates as needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and promote teamwork.
