Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Credit Manager to design and govern credit risk policies for our retail lending features. You’ll validate underwriting strategies and lead actions to adapt to market and product changes.

In this role you will build NPVs for portfolio decisions, manage limits and risk-based pricing, and collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliant, scalable solutions globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/analytical field from a top university.
• Experience managing risk for retail credit products (cards, unsecured loans).
• Knowledge of credit policy governance and 2nd/3rd line of defence.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-level valuation and underwriting policies (NPV-based).
• Make data-driven decisions focusing on marginal outcomes.
• Manage credit limits, pricing, retention, and over-limit policies.
• Adjust risk-return requirements as new data emerges.
• Support annual budget, forecast and planning from concept to delivery.
• Track performance of initiatives and monitor credit KPIs.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive small-scale process changes.
• Ensure proper risk rating approvals across control lines.
