The role requires 1+ year in outbound sales, strong English skills, and CRM experience. Prioritizing resilience, daily activity targets, and the ability to track and report progress will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in outbound sales or SDR/BDR/telemarketing or appointment setting.
• Advanced spoken English (C1 preferred), comfortable cold-calling US business owners.
• Clear written English for emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Experience logging work in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and build prospect lists from LinkedIn, company websites and data tools.
• Run outbound sequences by phone, email and LinkedIn: 60+ calls and 40+ touches a day.
• Qualify interest and book meetings on the sales owner's calendar.
• Follow up on inbound leads within the hour.
• Log every activity and update deal stages in the CRM.
• Report weekly on activity, replies and meetings booked, and suggest changes.
