Job summary

Rumzer is seeking an experienced Webflow Developer & Webmaster for a fully remote, part-time role (80 hours per month). You will own the website from build to deployment, maintain health, and implement basic SEO strategies to keep the site performing and discoverable.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years as a Webmaster, 2+ years in Webflow, and fluency in English. Spanish or German skills are a plus and may be given preference.

About the role

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What we are looking for

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
