Job summary

Rumzer is seeking a talented Webflow Developer & Webmaster to own the website from development to deployment and ongoing upkeep. This remote, part-time role (80 hours per month) offers the flexibility to contribute from anywhere.

You will build pages in Webflow, maintain site health, and implement basic SEO. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish or German as a bonus, and a startup mindset is strongly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent English; bilingual candidates (Spanish or German) are a plus.

About the Role:

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
