Job summary

Rumzer, a dynamic startup, seeks a talented Webmaster to own our website end-to-end. You will build pages in Webflow, keep the site healthy, and deploy updates with speed and precision.

Fluent English is required; Spanish or German skills are a plus. This is a fully remote, part-time role (80 hrs/mo) with the chance to make a meaningful impact in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Webmaster with at least 2 years on Webflow.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work in a startup setting.
• Fluent English; Spanish or German skills are a plus and noted in application.

Responsibilities

• Own the website end-to-end: develop, deploy, and upkeep.

About the role

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What we are looking for

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
