Job summary

Rumzer is seeking a talented Webflow Developer & Webmaster for a fully remote, part-time role. You will own the website's development, deployment, and ongoing upkeep, delivering high-performance pages and updates while working in a fast-paced startup environment.

You should have at least 5 years as a Webmaster, with 2+ years in Webflow, and be fluent in English. Spanish or German speakers are a plus in applications. This is a remote, 80 hours/month position designed for flexibility and impact.

About the Role:

Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.

End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.

SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
  
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  
• Language: Fluent English is required. If you also speak Spanish or German, please let us know in your application, as bilingual candidates will receive preferential treatment!
