Rumzer.Com is seeking a Webflow Developer & Webmaster for a fully remote, part-time role (80 hours per month). You will take ownership of our website, building new pages in Webflow, ensuring health and performance, and deploying updates.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years as a Webmaster, with 2 years in Webflow, excellent English, and a proactive, startup-ready mindset. Spanish or German skills are a plus and may be valued in the application.

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
