Rumzer is seeking a skilled Webflow Developer & Webmaster for a fully remote, part-time role (80 hours/month). You will own website development, deployment and ongoing upkeep, building pages in Webflow, maintaining health, and deploying updates. Strong SEO basics and English fluency are required to thrive in our startup environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Webmaster, with at least 2 years in Webflow, and a proactive, self-motivated mindset to thrive in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Webmaster
• Minimum 2 years working extensively in Webflow
• Fluent English is required, bilinguals preferred if applicable

About the Role:

Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.

End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.

SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
  
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  
• Language: Fluent English is required. If you also speak Spanish or German, please let us know in your application, as bilingual candidates will receive preferential treatment!
