Rumzer is seeking a skilled Webflow Developer & Webmaster to own our online presence. This fully remote, part-time role (80 hours per month) lets you craft pages, deploy updates, and optimize performance from anywhere.

You will maintain site health, implement basic SEO, and act as the go-to expert for our digital footprint. English fluency is required; Spanish or German adds bonus value in a bilingual-friendly team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional webmaster experience, with ≥2 years in Webflow.
• Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

About the Role

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
