Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical VoIP/PBX support, including multi-site deployments.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP/RTCP, PBX routing, codec issues, and VoIP failure modes.
• Networking fundamentals: subnetting/VLANs, QoS, and packet capture analysis.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve SIP/VoIP connectivity issues across 15+ tickets daily.
• Troubleshoot PBX call-flow and trunk configurations, not only devices.
• Remotely diagnose network issues and guide non-technical staff to resolution.
• Provision and configure IP phones for multiple vendors.
• Manage client tickets with clear communication and SLA adherence.
• Document recurring problems and solutions in the knowledge base.
