Job summary

PetDesk is seeking a Sr. Support Specialist, Phones, for a remote contract role in LATAM. You will troubleshoot VoIP/SIP, PBX configurations, and network-related issues while supporting multi-site clients. Fluency in English is required, and you will document solutions to empower the team.

You will work from home with company-provided equipment and aligned NA business hours. The role emphasizes ticket-based troubleshooting, SLA adherence, and knowledge-base contributions.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in technical VoIP/PBX support.
Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP/RTCP, PBX routing, and VoIP call quality issues.
Networking fundamentals: subnetting, VLANs, QoS, and packet capture analysis.
Hands-on provisioning/configuration of IP phones across vendors.
Strong written English for client communications.
Demonstrated ownership to resolve complex issues end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve SIP/VoIP connectivity issues for multiple clients.
Administer PBX systems at call-flow and trunk levels.
Remotely diagnose network issues and guide clients through resolution steps.
Provision and configure IP phones for client accounts.
Manage client tickets daily and maintain SLA adherence.
Document recurring issues and solutions in the knowledge base.
