Generated Group is hiring to own the monthly close across multiple US-based entities. This fully remote contractor role requires 3+ years of US-based bookkeeping, extensive QuickBooks Online work, and strong English communication. You will work with two founders and our CPA to produce monthly financials and flag variances.

You’ll reconcile Mercury and merchant accounts, maintain clean COA across entities, and document processes. This is a long-term contract with overlap into US business hours.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping for US-based companies.
• 2+ years with QuickBooks Online as daily driver (QBO ProAdvisor a plus).
• You've closed books for 3+ separate entities simultaneously.
• You've reconciled 5+ bank/credit accounts monthly for 12+ months.
• You've achieved day-10 close for 6+ consecutive months.
• Fluent professional English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable async communication via Slack.

Responsabilidades

• Full-cycle bookkeeping across 4–6 entities in QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile Mercury bank accounts and merchant accounts across entities.
• Code and categorize transactions and document unclear items.
• Maintain consistent chart of accounts across entities.
• Track intercompany transactions, owner draws and distributions.
• Close books by business day 10 each month.
• Produce monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow per entity.
• Maintain class/location tracking and a consolidated view.
