KittySpout is seeking a Creator Content Coach to elevate creators, review submissions, and provide detailed feedback. You will run training calls, spot trends, and actively develop creators who convert and drive GMV. This is a fully remote role requiring 2+ years of hands-on experience and English fluency.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on experience training creators or acting as a creator in a TikTok Shop/Trybe/DTC affiliate program.
• Evidence of results as a creator or coach with GMV or content performance.
• Fully remote with timezone overlap with US/Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Review every creator submission and provide detailed, actionable feedback within each video.
• Run regular training calls with live coaching based on current data.
• Spot trends daily and push them to creators proactively.
• Manage the creator community on Discord and keep participants engaged.
• Track performance and prioritize coaching for high upside creators.
• Help scale the program with more creators and higher GMV.
