KittySpout is seeking a Creator Content Coach to elevate our creator partners. You will review every submission, give detailed feedback, run training calls, and help creators drive conversion and GMV across our Shopify, Amazon, and Chewy programs.

You should have 2+ years coaching creators in TikTok Shop, Trybe, or DTC programs, be fluent in English, fully remote, and ready to work with US/Canada time zones.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on experience training creators or performing as a creator inside a TikTok Shop or Trybe affiliate program, or as a high-performing DTC creator yourself.
• Fluent in English and able to work fully remote with time overlap with US/Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Review every creator content submission and provide detailed, actionable written feedback.
• Run regular training calls with creators and share what’s converting right now.
• Spot trends daily and push them to creators proactively with data-backed ideas.
• Manage the creator community on Discord and track performance.
