Sur Global is seeking a Creator Coordinator in a remote role based with CST hours. You will source, onboard, and manage creators to deliver engaging content for paid social campaigns, while keeping projects organized and on schedule.

You’ll coordinate the creator lifecycle, provide clear briefs, and maintain daily communication with creators. Experience in influencer coordination and digital project management is required.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer coordination or digital project management
• Prior client-facing experience required; ongoing brand/client communication
• Strong organization and time‑management; loves structure and deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and current UGC trends
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new tools or systems
• Experienced with ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, and social media sourcing platforms
• Familiar with creator databases such as Trend or IMAI; experience managing influencer contracts/payments
• Can work Central Time with at least 6 hours overlap

As a Creator Coordinator, you'll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing creators to produce engaging content for paid social campaigns. You'll keep projects organized, ensure creators deliver on time, and maintain clear communication throughout the process. What You'll Do

• Source and vet creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms that align with brand goals
• Manage the entire creator lifecycle, including outreach, onboarding, briefing, feedback, and payments
• Coordinate multiple creator projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and adhere to creative standards
• Maintain project visibility and accountability using ClickUp, Google Workspace, and other workflow tools
• Communicate with creators daily, ensuring clarity around briefs, revisions, and submission deadlines
• Build and nurture long-term creator relationships for ongoing collaborations
• Collaborate with strategists and project managers to streamline UGC production and improve internal processes

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer coordination, digital project management, or creator marketing
• Prior client-facing experience required. This role involves direct, ongoing communication with brand/client stakeholders
