Oowlish is seeking a seasoned Test Architect to own regression testing and quality framework for a complex observability and audit platform. You will define validation criteria across functional, performance, security, and infrastructure aspects, and lead automation architecture across multiple enterprise environments.

• 8+ years in Test Architecture or QA leadership roles.
• Experience leading testing strategy for distributed/data-intensive systems.
• Proven regression and automation framework design experience.
• Ability to validate performance, security, and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end regression testing strategy across platforms.
• Translate success metrics into measurable acceptance criteria.
• Define comprehensive test coverage: logs, metrics, tracing, audit trails.
• Design automation architecture and tooling for regression suites.
• Maintain test environments and data across versions and environments.
• Collaborate with engineering to align tests with architecture.
• Provide quality reporting and gate recommendations during sprints.
• Sign off on quality ahead of formal acceptance.
