Oowlish in Argentina is seeking experienced SDETs to build and run automated regression tests for a complex observability platform. You’ll validate APIs, data pipelines, telemetry, and IaC deployments, ensuring scalable, reliable observability across enterprise environments.

The role emphasizes automation over UI testing, with opportunities for professional growth and remote collaboration across the Americas and Europe. Strong scripting and云cloud experience are valued.

Formación

• 4+ years as SDET, Test Automation Engineer, QA Automation Engineer, or similar.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test suites.
• Strong API testing and automation experience.
• Experience with scripting for validation and automation.
• Experience with load and performance testing.
• Working knowledge of cloud environments.
• Experience testing backend, infrastructure-heavy, data pipelines, or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with formal acceptance criteria and Agile processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, maintain, and execute automated regression test suites.
• Develop tests for log and metric ingestion pipelines.
• Validate search, query functionality, and latency.
• Test distributed tracing and end-to-end telemetry flows.
• Validate alert delivery and routing behavior.
• Develop tests for audit trail queries and integrity.
• Validate IaC deployments and reproducibility.
• Execute load and scalability testing against targets.
• Run regression tests across versions and environments.
• Document defects and regression evidence throughout sprints.
• Collaborate with Test Architect and engineers to improve coverage.
• Maintain clear automation code and testing docs.
