Nortal is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our LATAM remote team. You will build scalable, high‑availability software for an education-focused fundraising platform, delivering features across frontend and backend stacks.

You’ll mentor engineers, contribute to architecture, and drive improvements across design, testing, and deployment. This role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and producing impactful code within sprints.

Formación

• Expert proficiency with JavaScript (Node.js) and React or PHP.
• Experience designing APIs and working with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores.
• Ability to write unit tests and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience transitioning monolith apps to distributed architectures.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and delivery of complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate to deliver high-quality, scalable software.
• Design, develop, test, and deliver software in sprint cycles.
• Lead code reviews and refactorings with the team.
• Mentor juniors and foster a growth culture.
• Partner with leadership for operational success across teams.
• Drive design and process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Ensure PCI and WCAG compliance.
• Document technical requirements and architecture decisions.
