Kelly Services is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the Americas in a fully remote, high-volume environment. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, outreach, and offers, with emphasis on an excellent candidate experience and technical hiring across Product and Engineering teams.

The recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting for multiple high-priority roles, build pipelines, and ensure accurate ATS documentation.

Formación

• 1 year or more of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proven success recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent.
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong candidate-facing experience with end-to-end recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail with accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from intake through offer.
• Attend intake meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured candidate screens via phone and video to assess skills and fit.
• Drive outbound engagement through calling, messaging, and email outreach.
• Deliver a consistent, positive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within ATS systems (Avature, Workday, or similar).
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall recruiting effectiveness.
