AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and maintain production-grade backend systems, focusing on AI-enabled product experiences and scalable microservices. You will work with Java, Spring Boot, and Gradle, building RESTful APIs and distributed architectures.

You will optimize performance, ensure fault-tolerance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions across PostgreSQL/MySQL environments.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with production-grade systems.
• Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, and microservices.
• Strong RESTful API design and API lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience designing distributed systems, fault-tolerant services, and performance tuning.
• AI fluency including integrating LLM-based workflows and AI service patterns.
