atomic HR is a fully remote recruiting startup serving Latin America, helping US and Canada startups hire remote talent. This Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) sits on our internal team and focuses on messaging and outreach to potential candidates.

You will craft messages, test subject lines, promote roles, shortlist applicants, and keep a clean pipeline while leveraging AI tools. No recruiting experience needed; you’ll be mentored as you learn the talent side.

Formación

• Curiosity and a real drive to keep learning, since every role is a new puzzle.
• Strong written English, ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
• Resourcefulness: figure out new tools without a script.
• Organization and follow-through to keep pipelines clean.
• Competitive streak and self-motivation to hit numbers.
• Comfort with basic metrics and testing ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle a large volume while keeping personal touch.
• Track what’s working and adjust based on data.
