You'll manage ATS, run phone screens, shape recruiting best practices, and build an events calendar including career fairs and campus visits, while reporting on pipelines to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development.
• Interest in startups.
• Experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
• Hard-working, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and a can-do attitude!

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System
• Schedule and perform phone screens
• Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy
• Assist in building an event calendar, including career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups
• Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis
